半年後它自己會說話。 Time is the honest test. Six months in, the material speaks for itself.

所以我們把每一件的材質、能不能碰水、敏感肌適不適合，全部寫在商品頁上——包含不好聽的那一面。 So every piece states its material, whether it can get wet, and whether it suits sensitive skin — including the parts that are not flattering.

我們拒絕做的事，
比我們做的事更說明我們是誰。 What we refuse says more about us than what we make.

• 不做折扣。No sales, ever. 今天的價格就是三個月後的價格。時間不該拿來等一個折扣——等，只會把想要磨掉。 Today’s price is the same in three months. Time should not be spent waiting for a discount; waiting only wears the wanting down.
• 不做超過 999 的東西。Nothing above NT$999. 你還在長品味的時候，不該被價格綁住。 While your taste is still growing, price should not be the thing that stops you.
• 不寫絕對句。No absolutes. 永不、絕不、100%。你不會信，我們也站不住。 Never, always, one hundred percent. You would not believe it, and we could not stand behind it.
• 不把「限時」用在促銷上。We never use our own name as a countdown. 那是我們名字的另一個讀法。我們把它留給人生。 “Timelimited” could be read as a sales tactic. We keep it for the other meaning.
